Ingredients:

• Unsalted Butter
• Packed Dark Brown Sugar
• Granulated Sugar
• vanilla extract
• Salt
• All-purpose Flour
• Baking Soda

• Vanilla Yogurt

How to make chocolate chip frozen yogurt:

First, beat the butter and both types of sugar together until it is light and fluffy. I love to use mystand mixer for this part. You don’t have to but it makes it even quicker and easier.

Second, add the vanilla and beat until combined.

Next, you will need a smaller mixing bowl. Whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Once this is combined, add the chocolate chips.

Finally, add the flour and chocolate chip mixture to the butter mixture. Fold this together very carefully and then add the yogurt and stir again.

Now that everything is well combined, cover the mixture with a lid. Put in the freezer until is is set. I usually leave it overnight and it is all ready to go the next morning.

My entire family loves this and the texture is so creamy and smooth. It is a great alternative to ice cream and everyone still feels like they are getting a great treat to enjoy.
