hey @boostmobile love that your help centers and employees couldn't figure out the issue with my iphone 11 where I keep getting "your sim card sent a message accept decline" message and won't stop popping up after the SIM switch. Rad.ps. already tried nw reset etc.

After more than 8 hours of dealing with @boostmobile and @boostcare, my issue is still not resolved (and does not look like it will be). I am baffled that they think this is the best customer service that they can provide.
