Our Production Process
EachCorrigan Studio®piece is proudly made in our Los Angeles workshops by skilled artisans with decades of experience. We take a hands-on approach, overseeing each step from conception to completion.
Our designers begin by drafting each product to exacting specifications. Only the highest quality materials make the cut, from lushfabricsfrom Italy, Belgium and Brazil to eco-friendlyPADF9N7woodsandmetalssourced from around the globe.
Our wood workshop crafts frames and bases from oak, acacia, rubberwood and other fine hardwoods. The metal workshop utilizes steel, iron and aluminum to create bases, legs and accents. In the upholstery workshop, artisans cut, sew and upholster each piece by hand, applying meticulous attention to detail.
We inspect each product at multiple stages during production to ensure it meets our unwavering quality standards. All products undergo thorough final checks before being carefully packaged and shipped to our showrooms or directly to your door.
